LATE REGISTRATION (Jan. 1, 2014 and after)

A standard booth includes a 10′ x 10′ area with one 8-ft. table, two chairs and a sign. The show is draped in gray. You may purchase additional equipment and electricity through the Alliant Energy Center website after June 1, 2014 at alliantenergycenter.com or by calling 608-267-3950. Vendor ingress is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3.

A maximum of four, 3-day passes (per each purchased 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth) is available for vendor staffing and mailed with the confirmation packet three weeks prior to the show. Additional staff passes may be purchased for $5 each.

Three-day parking passes may be purchased for $18 each until Aug. 25, 2014.

Nonprofit vendors may register for a $100 fee.

A standard booth includes a 10′ x 10′ area with one 8-ft. table, two chairs and a sign. The show is draped in gray. You may purchase additional equipment and electricity through the Alliant Energy Center website after June 1, 2014 at alliantenergycenter.com or by calling 608-267-3950. Vendor ingress is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3.

A maximum of four, 3-day passes (per each purchased 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth) is available for vendor staffing and mailed with the confirmation packet three weeks prior to the show. Additional staff passes may be purchased for $5 each.

Three-day parking passes may be purchased for $18 each until Aug. 25, 2014.

Nonprofit vendors may register for a $100 fee.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way) is located on the southern edge of Madison, just off Hwy. 12 & 18 (Beltline), on John Nolen Dr. between Olin Ave. and Rimrock Rd. From the Beltline, the big white dome roof of the Coliseum building is easy to recognize.

From the north on I-90/94:
Where I-90 and I-94 split, stay on I-90 to Chicago and Janesville – not I-94 to Milwaukee. After four miles, take exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) west to Madison. After five miles, the white dome roof of the Coliseum building is visible on the right. Take the John Nolen Dr. exit (#263).

From the south on I-90:
Exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18; proceed as above.

From the east on I-94:
At Madison, take I-90 to Janesville and Chicago; then proceed as above.

From the west:
Take Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) going east. Exit at Rimrock Rd. (#262).

HOTEL BLOCK INFORMATION

To receive special Quilt Expo rates, you must book through the Quilt Expo online housing system, Meetingmax. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Preferred Method:

Step 1: Make your reservation online by clicking on the following link: Quilt EXPO HOTEL BLOCK

Step 2: Obtain Meetingmax confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.

Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation e-mail.

Wheelchair Rentals
Wheelchair rentals will be provided at the show by UW Health Home Care Services. The rental booth will be located in the front lobby of the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center. For more details and to make a reservation, please call 888-663-7043. To ensure availability, please make a reservation by noon on Tuesday, September 3.

Food Options Available at Quilt Expo
The Alliant Energy Center offers a variety of food options during Quilt Expo. Concessions are located in the Lobby, Exhibition Hall, and Atrium. Options include hot Bistro meals, salads, sandwiches, pizza, coffee, yogurt, and pastries. If you would like to order boxed lunches for a group, please contact Centerplate Catering at 608–661–0525. The Alliant Energy Center maintains a strict policy that no outside food can be brought into the show.

The Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way) is located on the southern edge of Madison, just off Hwy. 12 & 18 (Beltline), on John Nolen Dr. between Olin Ave. and Rimrock Rd. From the Beltline, the big white dome roof of the Coliseum building is easy to recognize.

From the north on I-90/94:
Where I-90 and I-94 split, stay on I-90 to Chicago and Janesville – not I-94 to Milwaukee. After four miles, take exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) west to Madison. After five miles, the white dome roof of the Coliseum building is visible on the right. Take the John Nolen Dr. exit (#263).

From the south on I-90:
Exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18; proceed as above.

From the east on I-94:
At Madison, take I-90 to Janesville and Chicago; then proceed as above.

From the west:
Take Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) going east. Exit at Rimrock Rd. (#262).

The Alliant Energy Center maintains a strict policy that no outside food can be brought into the show.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way) is located on the southern edge of Madison, just off Hwy. 12 & 18 (Beltline), on John Nolen Dr. between Olin Ave. and Rimrock Rd. From the Beltline, the big white dome roof of the Coliseum building is easy to recognize.

From the north on I-90/94:
Where I-90 and I-94 split, stay on I-90 to Chicago and Janesville – not I-94 to Milwaukee. After four miles, take exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) west to Madison. After five miles, the white dome roof of the Coliseum building is visible on the right. Take the John Nolen Dr. exit (#263).

From the south on I-90:
Exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18; proceed as above.

From the east on I-94:
At Madison, take I-90 to Janesville and Chicago; then proceed as above.

From the west:
Take Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) going east. Exit at Rimrock Rd. (#262).

To receive special Quilt Expo rates, you must book through the Quilt Expo online housing system, Meetingmax. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Preferred Method:

Step 2: Obtain Meetingmax confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.

Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival. Vendor ingress is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3.

A maximum of four, 3-day passes (per each purchased 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth) is available for vendor staffing and mailed with the confirmation packet three weeks prior to the show. Additional staff passes may be purchased for $5 each.

Three-day parking passes may be purchased for $18 each until Aug. 25, 2014.

Nonprofit vendors may register for a $100 fee.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way) is located on the southern edge of Madison, just off Hwy. 12 & 18 (Beltline), on John Nolen Dr. between Olin Ave. and Rimrock Rd. From the Beltline, the big white dome roof of the Coliseum building is easy to recognize.

From the north on I-90/94:
Where I-90 and I-94 split, stay on I-90 to Chicago and Janesville – not I-94 to Milwaukee. After four miles, take exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) west to Madison. After five miles, the white dome roof of the Coliseum building is visible on the right. Take the John Nolen Dr. exit (#263).

From the south on I-90:
Exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18; proceed as above.

From the east on I-94:
At Madison, take I-90 to Janesville and Chicago; then proceed as above.

From the west:
Take Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) going east. Exit at Rimrock Rd. (#262).

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way) is located on the southern edge of Madison, just off Hwy. 12 & 18 (Beltline), on John Nolen Dr. between Olin Ave. and Rimrock Rd. From the Beltline, the big white dome roof of the Coliseum building is easy to recognize.

From the north on I-90/94:
Where I-90 and I-94 split, stay on I-90 to Chicago and Janesville – not I-94 to Milwaukee. After four miles, take exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) west to Madison. After five miles, the white dome roof of the Coliseum building is visible on the right. Take the John Nolen Dr. exit (#263).

From the south on I-90:
Exit #142A onto Hwy. 12/18; proceed as above.

From the east on I-94:
At Madison, take I-90 to Janesville and Chicago; then proceed as above.

From the west:
Take Hwy. 12/18 (Beltline) going east. Exit at Rimrock Rd. (#262).

To receive special Quilt Expo rates, you must book through the Quilt Expo online housing system, Meetingmax. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Preferred Method:

Step 2: Obtain Meetingmax confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.

Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation e-mail.

Secondary Method:

Step 1: Mail or fax your request to the Quilt Expo Housing Bureau by August 7, 2014*
*Please note: Online housing reservations have first priority. Forms will not be processed for 24-48 hours.

Wheelchair rentals will be provided at the show by UW Health Home Care Services. The rental booth will be located in the front lobby of the Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center. Food Options Available at Quilt Expo
The Alliant Energy Center offers a variety of food options during Quilt Expo. Concessions are located in the Lobby, Exhibition Hall, and Atrium. Options include hot Bistro meals, salads, sandwiches, pizza, coffee, yogurt, and pastries. If you would like to order boxed lunches for a group, please contact Centerplate Catering at 608–661–0525. The Alliant Energy Center maintains a strict policy that no outside food can be brought into the show.

Advance ticket sales and class registration for the 2013 Quilt Expo are now closed. Ticket sales and class registration will be available on-site at Quilt Expo.

    – Children 12 and under are free (must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
